Alton Russell Vickers, 86, of Hot Springs, born October 20, 1925 in Eau Gallie, Florida to father, David Artimus Vickers, and mother, Grace Davis, passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2012. He was a Seventh Day Adventist. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. and the Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Grace Vickers; his first wife, Virginia Colvert; and his brother, Rayford Vickers. Alton is survived by his wife, Claudia, and his children, Vickie Sims of Magnet Cove, Kimberly Mears of Centerton, Arkansas, and Rhona Moll of Bella Vista, Arkansas. He is also survived by his siblings, Velda Knight of Titusville, Florida, and Lenoma MacKay of Jacksonville, Florida; twelve grandchildren; and twenty-five great-grandchildren.
